A waterline burst on the third floor of a hotel, and I received a call to see if I could come immediately to the property, but I was 9 HOURS away!!

I explained to them that I was going to hang up, send them a link, and within two minutes, I would be with them virtually.

At first they did not understand, but once they clicked on the link I sent them, we were quickly on our way to a full and immediate inspection. They walked through the property while I surveyed the damage and what they needed.

The property had water coming down from the third floor, and I was able to explain the procedure that needed to be done. Within an hour, they felt at ease. At that point, I had a mitigation company come to their property to dry things up.

In the meantime, they were appreciative of my quick reply and the service I could provide during their crisis. They asked if I could come to their property to make sure all repairs were done properly, which I was glad to do.

Since that time, they have called me again on another large job.

Without Inspections Offsite, I would not be able to supply the quick service to my clients that I am able to now do.
